My script.


Ext. – office entrance – dark, evening.
Sonic has just entered the secret office where he’s been assigned to give that folder too. The room is cold and weary. There awaits Mr. Oxford to receive what believes is his.

Int. – the closed off office -

Mr. Oxford placing his hands on the table *Sonic shuts the door sharply*

Mr. Oxford
I’ve been waiting *Crosses his hands*

Sonic sits down in the chair across to Mr. Oxford.

Sonic
Well... you should’ve waited longer!

Sonic takes his hood off. *very slowly*
Mr. Oxford
Do you have it?

Sonic slides the folder towards Mr. Oxford *stares at Mr. Oxford for a few seconds* *deeply*

Sonic
Remember... Whatever happens it’s on you.

Mr. Oxford begins to read the letter to check the eligibility.

Mr. Oxford
I’ll deal with it!

Looks back up to sonic then proceeds to read again.

Sonic
Good luck!

Sonic gets up to shake Mr. Oxford hand then Mr. Oxford then proceeds to get up.

*exit both actors*

First shot: Match on action- opening the door turning straight to the other side of the door opening, along side a close up of the door handle and actor 2 hand
Second shot: Long shot- Actor one sitting down and actor two entering joining actor one on the table
Third shot: Shot/reverse shot of actor 1 speaking to actor 2 following a close up of actor 2 taking his hood down.
Fourth shot: Long shot over view of both actors sitting down staring at each other.
Fifth shot: Shot/reverse shot of both actors communicating and actor 2 passing over a folder of mystery.
sixth shot overhead/ pan shot: Pan shot over actor 1 panning over 2 actor 2 transferring a few words
Seventh shot extreme close up: an extreme close up of actor 2 hand to show the nervousness
Final shot close up: close up of both actors shaking hands

Deutschland 83: case study blog tasks

Introduction: Reviews and features 1) Find one positive aspect and one criticism of  Deutschland 83  in reviews. The one positive review would that it was the most viewed and like language drama. This is because the drama is rounded upon the dark humour of Martin. However, a criticism would be that it is morally composed.  2) Why does the second Guardian article suggest the Germans didn't like the show? It suggested that the Germans didn't like the show because of the staci agent from a sympathetic nature which makes him seem not changeable however another reason stated would be because that it made it seem that everyone on the east side hated the west and made the west seem like a threat.  3) Find three 'below the line' comments from either of the Guardian articles.
